Fill this night

Headed down to the Sass and Bide warehouse sale after work on Friday which was quite the disappointment however, that means that I get to save my monies for other things… say for instance… foooood! We headed to British India – The Thali Room for dinner; I have heard great things about this place so I was very much looking forward to it!

The Thali platter is India’s answer to the Japanese bento box:

Shimla Thali

Shila Thai (tikka masala): chicken tikka masala, vegetable curry, dahl, tikka masala salad, mango chutney, naan and saffron rice.

Yes, it tastes as good as it looks! I can’t believe I caned the whole platter. Food coma to the maximum. FML.

Thankfully I did work off as much as I could on my hike the following morning. 🙂

And finished the weekend off with brunch at Queen Street Cafe with my favourite L’s, whereby I discovered one of the best coffee’s I’ve had in Adelaide to date! LOVE ❤
